Event Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

You will own the operational standard of every conference we run, managing the end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity events each year. Based in our London headquarters, you will work on‑site with a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver conferences, VIP lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities across Europe.
• Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for branding, catering and other event services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely approvals.
• Coordinate with venue staff and on‑site teams to guarantee flawless logistics.
• Oversee on‑site execution, ensuring a high‑quality attendee experience.

Required profile

• Highly organised operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and able to juggle many moving pieces.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
