About the role
Narrow Quay HR is seeking a senior HR Consultant to join its collaborative team on a four‑day‑a‑week basis. You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert HR advice, leading investigations and supporting strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex workplace investigations from start to finish, including grievance, disciplinary and complaint cases.
- Conduct interviews, analyse evidence and produce high‑quality investigation reports with clear recommendations.
- Manage challenging stakeholder relationships and maintain credibility with senior client representatives.
- Build trusted relationships with retainer clients and advise on a broad range of HR matters.
- Support team initiatives such as HR projects, client training sessions and panel work for disciplinaries, grievances and appeals.
Required profile
- Significant experience in HR or employment law, with a proven track record of independently leading complex investigations.
- Ability to operate autonomously at a senior level and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to becoming a long‑term member of a supportive, collaborative team.
