About the role
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and will provide comprehensive HR generalist support to the London office. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, policy implementation and reporting, ensuring a high‑quality service for employees and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts and background checks.
- Administer Oracle ERP to keep employee records accurate and up to date.
- Lead performance review system implementation and facilitation.
- Act as first point of contact for policy, procedure and employee relations enquiries.
- Support policy and contract updates in line with UK employment law and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Coordinate payroll, pension processing and benefits administration, including annual renewals.
- Oversee UK insurance lifecycle and manage HR‑related cost processes.
- Research and coordinate learning and development initiatives and track training completion.
- Produce HR reports, PowerPoint presentations and organizational charts for internal and group meetings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience managing HRIS (Oracle ERP) and handling payroll and benefits administration.
- Ability to develop and deliver performance review processes and learning & development programs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, managers and external partners.
