Senior Marketing Executive – Manchester

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will join Bruntwood SciTech’s collective marketing and design team in Manchester city centre. Reporting to the regional marketing lead, you will help drive brand awareness and support property lettings across the company’s innovative campus portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns for the Manchester city‑centre portfolio to meet lettings targets.
• Own and drive the regional marketing plan, integrating online and offline channels.
• Create and manage integrated campaign assets, track performance with analytics and report on ROI.
• Maintain and update website content for the region, ensuring fresh imagery, case studies and copy.
• Produce content such as blogs, articles, press releases and videos in collaboration with the central digital team.
• Work with the commercial team to develop presentations, brochures, sales packs, CGI visualisations and hoardings for prospecting.
• Handle PR and community communications, keeping media, customers and stakeholders informed.
• Utilise Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to support prospecting and lead generation.
• Monitor marketing spend, manage budget aspects and act as brand guardian.

Required profile

• Broad marketing experience covering brand channels and campaign ownership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with commercial, social and digital teams.
• Commercially creative mindset with focus on ROI.
• Experience in an in‑house marketing role within a real‑estate or property‑focused organisation.
