Senior National Account Manager – Luxury Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a commercially astute Senior National Account Manager to lead our luxury beauty brand’s national retail strategy in the UK. You will shape the future of our retail presence, drive growth and deepen partnerships with top retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the management of key national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand alignment.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, promotional planning and joint business planning.
• Build and nurture senior‑level relationships with buyers and retail partners across commercial and supply‑chain functions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to deliver seamless execution and brand consistency.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and category insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Drive excellence in account performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years’ experience in National Account Management within luxury beauty, prestige personal care or premium FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth across multiple national retailers (e.g., Boots, Sephora, department stores).
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills at senior levels.
• Highly organised, analytical and comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities.
• Passion for luxury beauty, fragrance and sustainability with deep understanding of premium consumer expectations.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments is highly desirable.
