Team Manager – Luxury Retail (Selfridges London)

About the role

Burberry is seeking a dynamic Team Manager for its Selfridges London store. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape the client journey, and combine commercial results with creative storytelling to deliver an elevated in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, driving sales performance and brand loyalty.
• Own a product category and work with store leadership to maximise sell‑through and commercial opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members in real time, building confidence, capability and consistent service excellence.
• Set the standard on the shop floor, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Burberry experience.
• Strengthen collaboration across sales, operations and stock teams to enhance service flow and efficiency.
• Support talent development, onboarding and engagement to build a positive, high‑performing store culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast‑paced retail or client‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and support others.
• Confidence handling complex client situations with professionalism and care.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable using digital tools and in‑store technology to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship and storytelling.
