About the role

We are looking for a Senior Order Processor to join our sales coordination team. You will be responsible for handling customer orders, answering enquiries and ensuring smooth order fulfilment across our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer calls from clients, suppliers and customers.
Check stock availability with the warehouse.
Set up new client accounts and maintain existing ones.
Liaise with other departments to resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

Previous experience in sales administration or order processing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Salary £28,000‑£30,000 per year.
