Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain complex protection products clearly.
• Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Study toward industry‑recognised certifications (fully funded).

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
• High resilience and a target‑driven attitude with a passion for earning commission.
• Ability to pass a standard DBS and credit check.
• Live within 30 minutes of Fareham and hold permanent UK right‑to‑work.
