About the role

We are seeking a Senior Outpatient Pharmacist to lead professional pharmacy services in our Hampstead facility. The role combines responsibility for patient safety as the Responsible Pharmacist with support for the Superintendent Pharmacist and the wider pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Support the Superintendent Pharmacist in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee medication dispensing, counseling, and clinical services for out‑patient patients.
• Mentor and develop junior pharmacy staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with extensive experience in outpatient pharmacy settings.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven capacity to adapt to new challenges and drive high‑quality patient care.
