Personal Trainer – Full‑time – London

About the role
Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a full‑time Personal Trainer. You will work with clients using the data‑driven UP Method, delivering measurable fitness and lifestyle transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group training sessions following the UP Method.
- Assess client fitness levels, set goals, and create personalised training programmes.
- Monitor progress, adjust programmes, and provide ongoing motivation.
- Collaborate with nutrition specialists to ensure holistic client support.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe training environment.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
- Passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
Required skills
- Personal training expertise.
- Knowledge of evidence‑based fitness programming.
