Senior Paraplanner – £50k‑£58k plus bonuses

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a chartered IFA firm operating in Godalming and Guildford. The role supports senior advisers working with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, covering pensions, investments, inheritance tax, trusts and cash‑flow modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paraplanning support to senior advisers.
• Prepare pension, investment and cash‑flow analyses for client portfolios.
• Assist with inheritance tax planning and trust structuring.
• Maintain client records and documentation using Intelligent Office CRM (advantageous).
• Collaborate within a pod structure to deliver tailored wealth‑planning solutions.

Required profile

• Broad experience across pensions, investments, IHT, trusts and cash‑flow modelling.
• Level 4 diploma essential; willingness to pursue Chartered status with support.
• Proven ability to work with HNW/UHNW clients in a collaborative environment.
• Strong client‑focus and commitment to staff wellbeing.
