Main Missions

• Drive company growth and profitability through efficient pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations and optimize commercial terms to mitigate risk and maximize value.
• Support the tendering process and provide expert input for complex bids.
• Conduct rigorous margin analysis and monitor competitive intelligence to maintain market leadership.
• Manage supply chain risks and collaborate closely with the Procurement department.
• Oversee rebate claims management and ensure commercial compliance.
• Develop commercial dashboards and produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Profile Required

• Proven experience in pricing management and commercial contract negotiation, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on risk management and long-term value creation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Resilience and adaptability to work within highly regulated sectors (Aerospace, Nuclear, Oil & Gas).
