About the Role

As our Pricing & Commercial Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability by steering strategic pricing activities and optimizing commercial contract terms within highly regulated global industries.
Main Missions
- Drive company growth and profitability through efficient pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations and optimize commercial terms to mitigate risk and maximize value.
- Support the tendering process and provide expert input for complex bids.
- Conduct rigorous margin analysis and monitor competitive intelligence to maintain market leadership.
- Manage supply chain risks and collaborate closely with the Procurement department.
- Oversee rebate claims management and ensure commercial compliance.
- Develop commercial dashboards and produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Profile Required
- Proven experience in pricing management and commercial contract negotiation, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on risk management and long-term value creation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Resilience and adaptability to work within highly regulated sectors (Aerospace, Nuclear, Oil & Gas).
