Senior Project Manager

About the role

Unispace is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale design and construction initiatives for global brands. You will act as the main client liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from planning through close‑out, managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and tailoring strategies to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, compliance and risk management.
• Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings, providing transparent progress updates.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, work with site superintendents and resolve on‑site challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary design and construction projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building lasting relationships.
• Ability to mentor and guide project teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
