Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship Cat A office refurbishment in Blackfriars, London. The role sits within a fully integrated property developer that acts as both client and main contractor, offering direct decision‑making and full project ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a Cat A commercial office fit‑out, managing programme, cost, quality and site execution.
• Coordinate design development, procurement strategy and on‑site delivery in a live central London environment.
• Maintain robust cost control, commercial governance and risk management from early design through to final account.
• Lead procurement of contractors and specialist packages, manage variations, change control and cost‑to‑complete forecasting.
• Report directly to senior leadership and ensure programme certainty and quality standards are achieved.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Cat A commercial office fit‑outs in London.
• Background in quantity surveying, commercial management or cost consultancy.
• Experience in a senior project management, employer’s agent or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategy, cost control and contract administration.
• Ability to work confidently on both client‑side and main‑contractor environments.
