Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of construction and development projects for our international consultancy based in London. The role involves overseeing projects from concept to handover across sectors such as hospitality, commercial offices, education and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams to align on programme schedules and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project performance, produce reports and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the UK practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within consultancy, client‑side, contractor or architectural environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering profitable outcomes.
• Proactive, ambitious and eager to take on increased responsibility.
