Senior Project Manager – Office, Retail & Hospitality Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑end office, retail and hospitality fit‑out projects in prime central London. You will work under a Project Director, collaborating with a strong PM team and managing projects ranging from £2 m to £50 m.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of CAT A and CAT B schemes from inception to handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and contract administration under JCT terms.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor risk, change orders and progress reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record delivering private‑sector projects under JCT contracts.
• Experience on new CAT A or CAT B schemes.
• Chartered status or progression towards MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JCT contract administration.
