Senior SEO Executive – Hospitality Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to join three&six’s growing SEO department, supporting a portfolio of independent hotels worldwide. You will combine hands‑on optimisation work with strategic client interaction, helping our hospitality clients achieve measurable search visibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, on‑page and content optimisation.
• Lead monthly reporting, client meetings and strategic presentations.
• Conduct site audits, keyword research, create content briefs and oversee on‑site technical implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client‑side developers, writers and designers to deliver SEO recommendations.
• Identify risks, blockers and new opportunities to improve performance and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal processes for a scalable SEO service.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, including at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Passion for digital marketing and a sense of humour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog and SEMrush.
• Experience conducting technical audits, keyword research and on‑site optimisation.
