Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

You will join a well‑established social media team within a leading PR & social agency. Working closely with the PR department, you will ensure social output aligns with broader agency campaigns while bringing bold, creative ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create and contribute to content production as needed.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide ad‑hoc client updates on campaign performance.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and early‑stage ideation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends relevant to the client portfolio.

Required profile

• 3+ years of social media experience, primarily within an agency setting.
• Proven track record across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Strong organic social expertise; paid experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create content, write for social, and manage calendars.
• Ready to step into a more strategic role, mentor junior staff and lead client communications.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £32,000‑£35,000 per annum.
