Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Home Instead SUR Group, a leading home‑care provider in Scotland, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build and run a high‑performing inbound marketing engine across its territories. The role will own SEO, paid advertising, content creation and website optimisation to generate quality enquiries that support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets.
• Manage SEO initiatives, conduct keyword research and improve organic rankings across all service pages.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and paid‑social platforms, targeting geography, service lines and capacity needs.
• Create and maintain website copy, blogs, case studies and social media content that reflect the Home Instead brand voice.
• Monitor website performance, optimise landing pages and implement testing to boost conversion rates.
• Report on campaign metrics, ROI and provide insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, covering SEO, PPC and content creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving key performance indicators such as enquiry volume and cost per lead.
• Ability to work within strict brand guidelines while delivering locally‑targeted campaigns.
