Sessional Dermatology Doctor – Community Clinics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Doctor to provide sessional clinical services across our community clinics in Sheffield, Leeds and Chesterfield. The role offers flexible weekday sessions, allowing you to work around your existing commitments while delivering high-quality dermatology care in a community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage a wide range of adult dermatological conditions in community clinics.
• Provide rapid specialist opinion to reduce unnecessary referrals to secondary care.
• Work independently while adhering to CHEC’s clinical protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways.

Required profile

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Diploma in Dermatology or recognised equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in dermatology, either as a consultant, registrar, staff grade, GPwER or GP with a dermatology diploma.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver patient-centred care.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in adult dermatology.
