About the role
We are partnering with a family‑run care home provider to appoint a Registered Care Home Manager for a newly acquired facility in East Yorkshire. The role offers full autonomy to lead day‑to‑day operations while benefiting from hands‑on support from the owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance.
- Control budgets, monitor financial performance and drive commercial sustainability.
- Develop and implement innovative service improvements to enhance resident experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Required profile
- Registered manager qualification and relevant CQC registration.
- Proven leadership experience in a residential care setting.
- Commercially aware with a track record of managing budgets.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with owners.
