Shape Designer / Senior Shape Designer (Womenswear)

About the role

We are seeking a Shape Designer (or Senior Shape Designer) to join our print‑driven womenswear brand at a pivotal growth stage. Based full‑time at our head office, you will own shape design across all in‑house collections, ensuring feminine, wearable silhouettes that are both trend‑aware and commercially strong.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own shape design for jersey, woven and knitwear styles.
• Co‑host design and print presentations with the Head of Design.
• Collaborate closely with Buying and in‑house Production teams.
• Present ideas cross‑functionally and contribute to regular design reviews.
• Maintain a focus on flattering shapes, commercial appeal and trend relevance.

Required profile

• Solid experience at Designer level, preferably with a balanced background across high‑street and supplier environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with suppliers and understand production dynamics.
• Confident communicator who enjoys presenting ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑starter ready to take ownership while seeking further growth.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
