About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead a tight‑knit studio team in London, working on graphic design and motion projects for globally recognised clients. The role blends creative leadership with hands‑on production of visual and video content.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, including typography, composition and graphic design.
• Produce eye‑catching motion graphics and edit engaging video content.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering confidence and innovative thinking.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and techniques to keep work cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of agency experience in graphic design and motion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of its cultural impact.
• Proven ability to lead a creative team and deliver high‑quality campaigns.
