Social Care Worker

About the role

Choice Care is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers. You will provide essential personal care and support to residents in a residential setting, helping them lead safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
• Administer medication in line with care plans.
• Support residents in daily activities, hobbies and outings.
• Follow care plan guidance and company policies.
• Maintain accurate daily written records.
• Participate in required training and development sessions.

Required profile

• Patient, reliable and flexible.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends on a rota basis.
