We are seeking a senior Social Media and Community Manager to join a leading beauty PR agency in Central London. The role is strategy‑focused and requires deep experience within the beauty industry, overseeing a vibrant community of thousands of beauty creators across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a community of beauty creators, fostering genuine relationships and collaboration.
• Act as the brand’s voice within the community, engaging daily to spark meaningful conversations.
• Plan and host online and offline community experiences, such as workshops and creator events.
• Own end‑to‑end social strategy across all channels, ensuring a distinctive and culturally relevant brand voice.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and participation through organic, community‑driven content.
• Analyse social insights and performance data to continuously improve community management.
