Junior Brand Partnerships Manager – Beauty

About the role

As a Junior Brand Partnerships Manager – Beauty you will be responsible for driving sales and contribution against department and company targets. You will own all brand relationships within your remit and develop and implement key strategies at brand level.

Key responsibilities

• Attend brand meetings and bi‑annual strategy sessions in a support capacity.
• Support the team in implementing business strategy and regularly review trade to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage risk in collaboration with the beauty commercial team and support new product launch buy‑ins and purchase orders.
• Liaise with Commercial, Retail, Digital and Marketing departments to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
• Coordinate trade drivers and promotions, working with Digital, Marketing and Retail teams.
• Represent the business confidently in brand‑facing situations and handle data reporting, distribution maintenance, web imagery, product details and brand queries.
• Assist with planning new store layouts, negotiating space and location with brands.
• Target and onboard new brands, support beauty staffing management within budget, and manage stock uplifts, markdown contribution and brand rebates.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Web and Marketing to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Excellent administration skills, including strong organisation and prioritisation.
• Ability to work in a systematic, process‑led manner.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ideally based in London with an understanding of the retail environment.
• Strong understanding of the beauty retail sector.
