Social Media Manager

About the role

CCD London Studio is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to shape and amplify its brand presence across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the brand team to develop and execute creative campaigns that reflect CCD’s award‑winning hospitality design ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the brand team to maintain a proactive, consistent brand voice on all social platforms.
• Develop, implement and optimise social media strategies aligned with core brand objectives.
• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Glassdoor, Reddit, Tumblr and other relevant channels.
• Integrate social initiatives with SEO/SEM and PR campaigns to maximise reach.
• Monitor performance, generate detailed reports and provide data‑driven insights.
• Manage paid social advertising across platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, media requests and community management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, web design or social media management.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects.
