Senior Marketing Manager - Video Platform

About the role

Chesamel Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead large‑scale short‑form video marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. You will shape regional go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate cross‑functional execution, and partner with local and global teams to drive user adoption and engagement for our video platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional GTM strategy and execution for short‑form video campaigns across the UK, France, Germany, and MENA.
• Coordinate campaign planning, experimentation, implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery in close collaboration with local teams.
• Act as primary regional contact for global initiatives, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment.
• Use data, analytics, and consumer insights to optimise strategy and define success metrics.
• Oversee multiple large‑scale campaigns simultaneously, maintaining timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Strategic marketer with proven experience running complex multi‑market campaigns.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
• Senior‑level experience in marketing, preferably within video or digital media.
