Stock Controller – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Stock Controller to join our luxury retail team at Bicester Village. In this position you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, supporting a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all goods deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Organise and monitor stockroom and floor stock levels.
• Manage product reservations, internal transfers and outbound shipments.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Support sales teams by locating and retrieving products for clients quickly and accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control or inventory management within a luxury retail environment, preferably at Bicester Village.
• Reliable, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Flexible, adaptable, dynamic and well‑organized.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a genuine interest in luxury products.
