Stockroom Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Stockroom Assistant to join our Bicester Village Designer Outlet team. Working closely with the sales floor, you will ensure the store is fully stocked, accurate, and ready to meet every customer opportunity in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish shop‑floor stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock accuracy checks and process deliveries and transfers.
• Handle merchandise safely, including packaging, labeling, and pricing.
• Respond to stock requests via in‑store radios and support till‑point supplies.
• Assist customers on the shop floor when needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping in line with VM, compliance, and health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends and adapt to a busy retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills.
