Regional Supply Planner – Europe

About the role

As a Regional Supply Planner for Europe, you will create and maintain a reliable supply plan that balances demand, production capacity, and inventory across multiple sites. You will work closely with commercial, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure product availability and respond quickly to supply‑chain disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a feasible supply plan that aligns demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters for finished goods and raw materials.
• Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions.
• Translate supply plans into actionable guidance for regional execution teams.
• Validate near‑term supply commitments and resolve constraints with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs such as service level, inventory targets, and production adherence.
• Escalate supply issues to supply‑chain and business leadership when required.
• Support external manufacturing partners and new product launches as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related supply‑chain role.
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing or multi‑plant environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply‑planning systems or S&OP platforms (e.g., OMP, o9, SAP IBP).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
