Summer Internship 2026 – HR

About the role

Our Summer 2026 Internship offers a hands‑on experience within the Human Resources Department of Crédit Agricole CIB in London. Over eight to twelve weeks you will work on real HR projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders and take part in networking events, training sessions and a local charity initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HRE London Branch in delivering HR projects for 2026.
• Support various HR initiatives and contribute to the development of HR processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gain insight into the organisation’s culture and business operations.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions and a charity project alongside the internship cohort.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme and will return to university after the internship.
• Motivated to learn about the financial industry and human resources.
• No prior work experience required.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
