Supply Chain Planner – Distribution Centre (Speke)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Supply Chain Planner to join our Vault Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool. You will work closely with the Transport Team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from the warehouse, supporting the supply chain of over 750 B&M stores across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan outbound distribution for the full B&M store estate in the UK and Northern Ireland.
• Coordinate inter‑warehouse and trunking movements across our distribution centres.
• Manage reverse logistics and supplier collection schedules.
• Plan HGV fleet utilisation and driver assignments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and transport regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to multi‑task and deliver accurate work within tight timeframes.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements when working around HGVs and in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues at all seniority levels.

Required skills

• Transport/Fleet planning experience (highly desired).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Paragon (desired, training provided).
• Ability to work with large data sets.
