Events Manager – French Speaking

About the role

You will own the operational standards for every conference we run, managing the end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity events each year. Based in our London headquarters, you will work on‑site with a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver all aspects of conferences, including venue selection, supplier coordination, on‑site teams and attendee experience.
• Research, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers for branding, catering, and event add‑ons.
• Maintain budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely approvals.
• Organise sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
• Collaborate with venue staff and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
