Team Member – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Pret as a part‑time Team Member working 20 hours per week at our Queen Victoria Street shop in London. You’ll be the friendly face of the store, serving customers and preparing freshly made food and drinks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests.
• Prepare and serve coffee, food, and beverages to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop floor and kitchen.
• Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented and eager to learn.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.
