Technical Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to support digital asset management for a global content creation client. Based in Central London, you will oversee end‑to‑end workflows from camera capture to final delivery, ensuring technical standards, security and anti‑piracy policies are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and advise productions on on‑set and post‑production technology implementation.
• Review and approve camera packages, shooting specifications and vendor assessments per project.
• Maintain and troubleshoot asset movement systems, both cloud‑based and on‑premise.
• Provide daily support for internal digital distribution pipelines and maintain tracking spreadsheets and asset databases.
• Conduct new technology testing and ensure seamless integration into production pipelines.
• Enforce security, anti‑piracy protocols and quality‑control standards for all media assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in post‑production environments.
• Strong understanding of offline and finishing workflows for picture and sound, including Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to handle sensitive material with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Avid, Flame, Premiere, Baselight, Resolve, Nucoda.
• Camera capture and dailies workflow knowledge.
• AWS services: S3, IAM, EC2, CloudFormation.
• Experience delivering content to UK and international broadcasters/streamers.
