About the role
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Support function of a UK‑based wealth management firm. You will provide first‑ and second‑line assistance to users across the business, handling software, hardware and financial application issues in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user tickets for desktop, laptop and peripheral hardware.
- Troubleshoot software applications, including standard office tools and specialised financial systems.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimisation of the overall IT environment.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Interest in the financial sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
