Technical Solutions Consultant – London

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Solutions Consultant to join our London team on a high‑impact contract. You will work closely with major news publishers, helping them integrate advanced search technologies and AI models into their live sites.

Key responsibilities

• Live debugging of partner websites using Chrome DevTools to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Act as the technical bridge between external partners and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Manage escalations involving JavaScript, APIs, OAuth flows, and Googlebot crawling challenges.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or web development.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a “detective” approach to troubleshooting.
• Business‑level fluency in Japanese is a strong plus.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• API integration and OAuth authentication.
• Familiarity with web standards and Chrome DevTools.
