About the role
We are seeking a proactive Technical Solutions Consultant to join our London team on a high‑impact contract. You will work closely with major news publishers, helping them integrate advanced search technologies and AI models into their live sites.
Key responsibilities
- Live debugging of partner websites using Chrome DevTools to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Act as the technical bridge between external partners and internal Product/Engineering teams.
- Manage escalations involving JavaScript, APIs, OAuth flows, and Googlebot crawling challenges.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or web development.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a “detective” approach to troubleshooting.
- Business‑level fluency in Japanese is a strong plus.
Required skills
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- API integration and OAuth authentication.
- Familiarity with web standards and Chrome DevTools.
