Key responsibilities

• Manage trademark and design portfolios for UK‑based innovative businesses.
• Enforce trademark rights and handle contentious trademark and design matters.
• Provide strategic IP advisory services to clients.

• Contribute ideas to improve firm processes and client service.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney with hands‑on experience in trademark portfolio management and enforcement.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills using clear, jargon‑free language.
