Trainee – Real Estate Fund Management (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment20/20 Programme as a Trainee in Real Estate Fund Management. This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers school leavers the chance to work on a €1bn open‑ended hotel fund, gaining hands‑on experience in fund operations and hotel investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Fund Management team with day‑to‑day operations of the European Hotel Fund mandate.
• Assist Investment Management on hotel buy and sell transactions.
• Contribute to ongoing investment initiatives and capital‑expenditure projects.
• Help prepare internal and external reporting for the fund.

Required profile

• Strong interest in investment management and good numeracy.
• Knowledge of real‑estate investment is advantageous.
• Willing, diligent and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
