About the role
The Assistant Manager will coordinate leasing and reservations activities for a Greystar portfolio in London, supporting the General Manager to meet revenue, occupancy and resident retention targets. This role combines front‑line resident interaction with operational oversight to ensure high standards of service and property performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a role model by demonstrating Greystar’s core values in all interactions.
- Conduct property viewings, follow‑up calls and gather feedback to maintain company standards.
- Generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, prepare tenancy documentation and manage move‑in/move‑out procedures.
- Use Greystar’s property systems to produce sales and leasing reports, track unit availability, log maintenance requests and record incidents.
- Engage proactively with residents to improve service delivery and promote satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee on‑site inquiries, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, recommend rent pricing and concessions, and monitor daily leasing activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain local knowledge of resident amenities and stay informed on market and competitor conditions.
- Coordinate tenancy management, including periodic inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
