Transfer Pricing / Corporate Tax Specialist – 6‑Month Contract (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing / Corporate Tax Specialist to join a high‑performing international tax team on a 6‑month contract in London. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on‑site each week, and offers the chance to work on multi‑jurisdictional tax projects for a global consultancy client.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation for multiple countries.
• Assist with tax audit documentation and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Analyse large datasets, using AI‑enabled tools to summarise findings into clear narratives.
• Support Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and other tax controversy matters.
• Contribute to broader project‑based tax work as required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in corporate tax or transfer pricing.
• Background in a Big 4 firm or a large multinational.
• Current or previous level equivalent to Assistant Manager.
• Fully or part‑qualified with a recognised accounting or tax qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
