Transfer Pricing Manager – Tax Advisory

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its nationwide Transfer Pricing team, primarily based in the London region. You will provide technical transfer pricing advice to a diverse client base, supporting both compliance and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical transfer pricing advice on a broad range of topics to national market clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional projects and lead day‑to‑day delivery processes.
• Coordinate with KPMG’s transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams.
• Oversee financial management, including project budgets and billing.
• Coach and develop junior team members through training and on‑the‑job guidance.
• Provide timely reporting to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA qualification or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent.
• Extensive transfer pricing experience, including documentation, tax value‑chain analysis, benchmarking, and handling tax authority enquiries or APAs.
• Strong analytical judgment and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and manage risk in a client‑service environment.
