Vehicle Technician – Toyota Dealership

About the role

Join a leading Toyota dealership in Bromley as a Vehicle Technician. You will service and repair a range of vehicles, including hybrids, while developing your technical expertise and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complete customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality service and repairs.
• Carry out scheduled vehicle service and repair work in line with manufacturer technical standards.
• Diagnose non‑routine faults on the workshop floor or during road tests.
• Report defects against MOT and Vehicle Safety Report standards.
• Adhere to health & safety requirements and maintain workshop cleanliness.
• Maintain workshop equipment and report any defects.
• Attend specialised training and maintain appropriate technician certification.
• Meet productivity and efficiency targets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a main dealer.
• Clean, current driving licence.
• Ability to interact with customers and work efficiently under pressure.
• Understanding of computer systems for email, online training and manufacturer technical platforms.
