Waiter – Albie Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter to join the Albie restaurant team at The Hoxton, Southwark. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about the dining options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including table settings and side stations.
• Handle payments and process transactions following company procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver smooth service during busy periods.
