Web Developer – WordPress & Elementor Specialist

About the role

The Regenda Group is seeking a Web Developer to design, build and maintain engaging, accessible websites that support our housing, construction and community initiatives. You will lead new web projects from concept through launch, ensuring they meet accessibility standards, SEO/AEO best practice and align with our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality WordPress sites using Elementor.
• Lead end‑to‑end web build projects, managing planning, development, testing and launch.
• Ensure all digital products comply with accessibility guidelines and SEO/AEO standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver user‑centred solutions.
• Monitor site performance with analytics tools and implement improvements.
• Perform small graphic design tasks for digital and print outputs as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a WordPress developer with advanced Elementor (v4) expertise.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for responsive web development.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Focus on security, speed and brand consistency.
• Experience with SEO/AEO, website analytics and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design work.
