About the role

Join a quality‑first Managed Services Provider as a 2nd Line IT Support Technician in Edinburgh. This office‑based position (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm) offers a genuine career development path with training, certifications and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Provide end‑user support for Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments.
• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to high standards.
• Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Deliver professional service to a varied and demanding client base.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment.
• Microsoft certifications required or in progress (MS‑900, Azure Administrator, Security Administrator).
• Specialist knowledge in mobile device management or security administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
