Account Executive - Financial Services

About the role

The Account Executive will focus on building new business and managing existing B2B client relationships within the Financial Services sector. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, working closely with production and sales management to deliver TransPerfect’s language and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in the financial services industry through cold calling, internet research and trade shows.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing education on TransPerfect’s services and supporting client expectations.
• Qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
• Manage pricing and contractual issues, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with Production Management to ensure service delivery meets client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience or strong interest in strategic business development, account management or sales within financial services or localisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to commute to the London office five days a week.
